The Mixing Spoon makes it easier for you to mix batter or other foods with a thick consistency because the hole in the center allows the mixture to flow through, giving less resistance. The sharp edge scrapes the mixture from the edges of the mixing bowl or casserole dish for thorough mixing. Thanks to the front straight shape and the “O” shape around the hole, scooping from your preparation and tasting without having it escaping on the other side is now very easy.
